What information do we collect, how and why?

Name & e-mail - This information is collected if you visit our site and fill in a request for more information, ask for help, place an order or join our affiliate program (see additional Affiliate Privacy Policies at the bottom of this section)

We use the information to send you the information you requested, to confirm an order placed, or to contact you with new or updated information.

Phone & Fax Numbers - We only ever request a phone/fax number if you make a purchase with us in case we need to contact you about your order.

Credit Card Information - We will only request your credit card information if, for some reason, you are unable to pay through the Shopping Cart or PayPal secure links on our site.

Should we have to obtain your credit card details, we will only retain your information for a period of time which is relevant to the dispatch and satisfied receipt of the item ordered to allow for the possibility of a credit being posted to your credit card in the event of a return.

Information collected remains solely with us - The information collected is for our own customer database only. We NEVER sell, rent, loan or pass on in anyway lists of names, email addresses, fax or phone numbers, credit card details or any other information from anyone.

How do you remove your name from our lists? - If you wish to be removed from our list, simply follow the directions at the bottom of all our mailings. You will have the option to remove yourself from the current mailing only - or complete and total removal from our system. Your privacy is extremely important to us and your removal will be instant.

 We guarantee ALL information held on any customer will be deleted at time of requested removal.

In addition to the above, we do collect further details from our Affiliates.  This is in order to track any sales that are made by the Affiliate to ensure they receive their full and correct payment.  

The additional information collected is as follows:

Full Name & Address - For contact and sending of cheque payments.

Paypal email address - For setting up payment transactions executed through PayPal's secure server.

Cookies - Cookies are simply a small piece of data that allows our affiliate program to keep track of your settings and other information that you have given us to enable us to track your sales so we can pay you your commission.  Cookies cannot be used to "steal" information about you or your computer system, they can only be used to store information that you have provided us with at some point.

In order to pay you your commissions, we need to track the session ID, authorization information, time and date, expiration time and  IP address of the browser the cookie was issued to.
